It would also seem that Maximus-XBA is about 7 years older than you. So logic states that the chances of you having the nickname before he did are very slim.

Hey thunder, it's real simple...no 2 members can have the same username, end of story.

If you had it 1st, the current Maximus would not have been able to use it.
