How do I play my CD songs during the game?

I have some songs from my CD's saved on my Xbox audio CD but do not know how to play them while the game is being played?

I dunno if I missed it in my Xbox manual, but all I could find was instructions on saving CD songs, and it said I could listen to them while I played the games, but never said anything about how I do that?

The game must support it. ie. Fuzion Frenzy / Project gotham racing...
