When is the simpsons going to be realased?

When is the simpsons going to be realased? I cant find a release date anywhere, I ordered it on the 4th of November and to this day it still tells me in progress and when I go to the thing that tells about the game all it says is Nov. 2001. Its out for the PS2 why isnt it out for the Xbox? im getting mad. If someone that knows could help me out thanks alot.
