Bad game disk???

I just got my 2nd copy of Medal of Honor-Frontline. On my 1st. copy during the middle of a game I would get a flashing message "Your disk may be dirty or damaged" so I took it back to WalMart for a replacement. I just opened up my 2nd copy and am getting the same message flashing on the screen. It will do it on any level at any givin time. Did I happen to come accross a bad "run" of games(being they are both from Wal-Mart about a week apart) or is my XBox crapping out on me? I don't think it's crapping ou because it doesn't do that on any other of my games.
Anyone else had this happen???

On the stowaway level when I crawl into the box at the end, it freezes on me sometimes. If it is just doing it on that game it's the game not your console.
