Scouting in NCAA 2k3

Okay, I just finished my first HS All Star game. This one guy was REALLY good, so I wanted to make sure I scounted him. I went to find him in recruiting, and he wasn't there! I couldn't find any of the players that were supposed to be the 'best' of the high school prospects that played in the game. Do they appear later, or what?

By the way, I have Youngstown(doing the legacy thing) 15-0, and #1 in the polls.

Anyway, any help you could give would be appreciated.

it doesn't matter right now because unless your in like your 5th year of your legacy, you arent going to get this guy even if you win the championship. sometimes it is hard to find these guys, but they are there you just have to look
