Max Payne - Is it released?

Here's my plight - took a demotion at work, corporate took it as a termination hence, NO PAYCHECK. Normally, this wouldn't be such a problem since I'm getting it on monday-but according to xbox.com - Max Payne has been released.! I already have 4 games on layaway that need to be picked up - Now, I'll have to sell something, beg friends, family, neighbors for fast cash -I thought it wasn't coming out till Jan. 2002.

Now, before I have to take a Zantex-Is or is it not out?

Is Max Payne suppost to have any new features over the PC version? I already own it for the PC and I dont know how much better the graphics can be...so will it have extra levels or something? Its gotta have some selling point...

i left work at best buy today and it wasn't out yet.... so i dont think its out for xbox, unless they have a certain street date that it cant be released before.... then we might have it, just cant sell it.
