Splinter Cell has locked up on me about 10 times in less than a week. Has anyone else had that problem? None of my other games are doing that, and it's a clean fresh-out-of-the-box disc!

locked up on me 2 or 3 times....i just turn it off when it does it, come back later, 30mins or so and it is all good.
i also have not been taking the game out of my xbox either....so that is what i have been blaming it on.
Just got it for christmas and never had a problem, if you just got it some stores let you excange for a new one.
i got mine for christmas and i have no problems with it
