DO NOT BUY 4 ms system link cables, as these can only connect 2 xboxes. You need a hub and 4 ethernet (RJ-45) cables, connect all of them into the hub and one into each xbox. Good luck and have fun!

Microsoft System link cables are glorified green crossover network cables. A crossover cable changes at one end so that the send wire from one end is the receive wire at the other, and the receive wire at one is the send. That is why only two can connect, since some wires are switched.
Get some normal network cable, and either a hub or a switch. It is the hub/switch that tells what data to go up what wire.
That'll do it fine..
