Splinter Cell Oil Refinery Help!

Hello, I just started this level. How the hell do I follow the technician. I am at the part where I am in a tunnel and I go up a small ladder then the 4 guys get off the boat and go inside and I have to follow. I am jumping on pipes and cant figure out how to get onto the stairs. Please help.

There is a long pipe you can get to that goes all the way to the walkway where they escort the tech up the stairs. To get on this pipe you need to jump a crate in the square walkway in the middle of the platform...then climb along and you will see a guard patrolling below you where they escorted the tech before. When he is below you drop attack him (Y) and walk up the stairs to progress...good luck
