I'm looking to buy a racer in the next few months and wondering if I should wait for a live enabled one or just buy one now...

Midtown Madness is coming next month!! It's worth the wait. Get Moto GP if you want a Live racer now, it's simply amazing...but keep in mind Moto GP 2 will also be out next month.
Burnout is a good non-Live racer...again Burnout 2 will be out next month.....Rallisport is cool as well.
Midnight Club 2 also is live

I heard microsoft picked up lamborghini and it was live enabled too, havn't heard anything on it for a months now tho.
