SW: KotOR isn't what I would call bug-free either, but althout I have not played PotC, I highly reccomend KotOR, it has sucked me in. It's just a great game, but make sure to check the KotOR forums to find out more about the bugs, especially the Carth Onassi/Mission Vao bug which can bar you from completing the game. Either way, have fun!

I have never lost a save game. And it's not too buggy to play, just enough to **** you off royally. It's a great game, i just think it was rushed out to quickly to meet the release of the movie.

    Thanks Spartan for the sig

KOTOR! KOTOR! Its okay if you stick with POTC, I'm not sure where you got all the negative reviews from about POTC though, it is a good game. I strongly suggest though returning it and buying starwars: KOTOR. It's a classic.

I bought POTC when it came out, and when it started giving me the dirty disc error and losing my game saves I decided it was crap. I took it back and got KOTOR.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?" Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others" - Nelson Mandela
