I am not a fan pf racing games but i must say, pg 1 really did take up a lot of my time.

I htought the whole custom soundtrack thing was tite

so i am actually anticipating this one. I hope it lives up to the last one and, yeah, i hope it has as many or more cars than gran turismo, which persoanlly, i dont think is the greatest car game out there.


As for customization, geez i hope so. or else how could you race pre made cars? customization is the only way to keep variety in the choice, or else you'll have a billion poeple all choosing the same stupid "supra"...........

Yes, true, PGR 2 probably won't have customizaton but look at all they've done in under two years:

104 cars, including SUV's and American Muscle Cars

9 completely new and realistically rendered cities: Barcelona, Moscow, Chicago, Edenburgh, Florence, Yokohoma, Sydney, Stockholm, Bejing, and more on the way

Xbox Live play for up to (supposedely) 16 people at once

More radio stations and a larger customizable soundtrack

More paint colors for every car. (Rumored up to 20 colors per car)

And so much more. So, no, you may not be able to customize your cars, but you get so much more.

They ought to include a paint customizer within the game so you can do a custom paint job, like drawing crud and what not. It'd definitely add little something extra when you're racing on XBL.
