Halo Deluxe Rumor Scratched

I just got an e-mail from a friend of mine, who says that bungie announced that the Halo Deluxe Edition is just a rumor, and that Bungie says there will not be a deluxe edition. It claims that the Halo Deluxe Strategy guide was just the name of an updated strat guide that they will be releasing. I deleted the e-mail, but I can try to find the source, try looking on the bungie.net forums, but he said that it is definetly not going to be made. This pisses me off, WHY DO YOU GOTTA RUIN IT FOR US!!!???
