Based on the games I have played for the xbox, which have been many, I would get SSX Tricky (unless you played it for ps2)....Bloodwake is pretty fun, although I haven't played much of it yet, and Max payne is a good game.

I would suggest that you should purchase one of the following games:

1. Madden 2002

---Great graphics, intense gameplay, 1-4 player

2. NHL 2002

---similar setup like Madden but its Hockey, Great Hits you can lay on those harmless little defensemen, breakaway shots, shootout mode, create your own player,

The games you should get are:
Halo
Max Payne
Nfl Fever

Maybe Silent hill 2, bloodwake, dead or alive 3 but gets old fast because you can't really unlock anything, ssx tricky.
