Ok i dunon if this happens to anyone else but when i play rainbow 6 with my headset i can only hear the host is there anyway to fix this?

You won't get any help with a post that unspecific. You never said whether you were playing over Live, XBC, or a LAN. Assuming you are playing multiplayer at all. For all we know you are playing single player and hearing what's his face give you orders.

Besides, there are specific forums for XBox Connect and XBox Live and they are quite easy to find. There should be no problem locating these forums on Xbox Addict and posting there for help.
