#1 MUST HAVE GAME?

I know I know, I'll lay off making new threads for awhile.

It's launch day. Wonderful images of Munch, Halo and DOA3 run through your head, well that's in mine maybe yours is different. You have saved up enough money to buy a few launch games and you know you won't be getting some sleep for a long time. You walk into the store, they have plenty of systems but their game rack is a mess. The only games you see are plenty of games for the opposing system and only one game for your's, your #1 MUST HAVE GAME. So tell us, what is that game?

Hmm, only one? Grrr. It's too hard. I'd say DOA3 (I haven't played a good fighter since SFA on SNES... I own an N64... which means no good fighting games) or Morrowind (I need a good RPG to hold and Morrowind has a TON of interactivity like Ego).

man i have noooooo idea.... i would say morrowind because i need an rpg... but the new rpg's just arent like the good old daays... i mean games like ff3 and ff7 just arent around anymore... but i think i could use nfl2k2 or nba2k2

I have to say that the 2k2 games are really getting me excited. When I played the first 2k games on my dreamcast I literally could not stop playing them. I truly have never seen so many top notch games that are slated to hit at a system launch, now hopefully Tecmo can get DOA3 ready to be a definite launch title.

I've seen tons of video on DOA3, some on Luigi's mansion, lemmings oops I mean Pikmin, star wars, wave race...

yes I am buying an XBOX

I'm just saying if I am going to be more on XBOX's side in arguments (not saying I'm a fanboy) then I want to be able to see how the GC games play.

It's weird, I haven't looked at a Halo or Munch video yet, I will today though.

Well I for one can't wait to get my hands on Panzer Dragoon, or how about Defender of the Crown. I spend hours playing Defender of the Crown back on my Amiga computer. All hail X-box!

Sorry but I really can't just pick one!

Halo, metal gear solid and bounty hunter are games i'll get in the fps division

DOA3 and panzer dragoon in the fighting department

Ego, morrowind, enclave and too many more to mention in the rpg section

....and many more Azurik, Nightcaster,Tony hawk, AHH FORGET IT I WANT EM ALL!

Mine has to be WWF Raw Is War, even though it lacks the ladder match and other special matches, the graphics and the realism of the game just gets me so excited to get my Xbox and the game on the launch day.

My must have game has to be halo cause it will change the standards of fps titles forever or gta3 cause i just loved the other gta titles so 3d will be amazing going around headbuting cops.

is there screens for gta3 yet? i am just tooo lazy to look and find out for myself... i liked the other gta's but the graphics werent what i wanted... i know that is what they wanted but not what i wanted...i would love a game more like driver and gta combined...

Well dances with broom sticks there are pics and movies of gta3 but they were ps2 ones and I am sorry but they looked quite good so the xbox version will look 100% better and it is like a cross between driver and gta.

Well I thought I would never own a another console until I saw DOA 3. This game, graphically, is untouchable. The psx2 will never be able to handle those graphics. If DOA3 has the same fighting engine as the previous DOA, then i will buy DOA3 for sure.

the xbox just has such great potential to make all of its games GREAT! i think i will go poor by the first month of the xbox because of all my purcashes
