help w/ oddworld???

hey... any1 know how to do this??
im on the 1st level of saving the slave muddokins..
there is a room w/ many sligs and they shoot ya if ya run
through the room w/o expresso...
how can abe get the muddokins through the room
w/o getting killed??
hmm...i have tried everything lol..
any1 make it past this board??

I believe you are referring to the level called "Sloghut 1027". Verify that this is in fact the level you are on by pressing pause and reviewing the level name displayed at the top of the pause screen.

If it is Sloghut 1027 that you are on, you will need to carry each Mudokon one by one through the room, being careful not to step on any of the mines. Stay to the right, and once you are through the gunners, move back to center screen and head up the ramp and across the gap to safety.

Repreat this process until all your Muds are safely through the room and then you can tell them to "work" and they will help you pull the 7 levers located in front of the door.

Btw, don't feel bad about being stumped on this portion. This is probably the most frequently asked question I've heard about the game. Evidently Sloghut 1027 has stumped a lot of people.
