FTP to my XBOX

Hey,

Im connected with my xbox at my pc and i want to transfer files to it. But i first need to know what the ip and port of the xbox is? How do i get this data? Cause i cant find the the normally generated ip such as 192.168.0.x with the port scanner i have.

Someone an idea?
