    Default xbox problem

My Xbox has a lot of trouble reading disks. In the middle of a game it often stops and says the disk is dirty or damaged when it is neither. It has always been doing this but it seems to be more frequent now. The point of this thread is to find out if all xboxes are like this or if mine is jsut screwed up. Please reply and tell me if your xbox does this often.
    Thank You.

My Xbox dosn't have a problem with discs being dirty. But my friends does. Are your CD's scratched or damaged?

Do you have a Thomson drive on your Xbox?

Try using a lens cleaner in your xbox. It may be dirty. How long have you had it?
