Chameilion Paint in NFSU?

Just wondering if anyone has gotten chameilion style paint, if so how? I just beat the game and no paint, but it looks like other cars have it when ur racing. Just wondering if anyon got the paint.

EDIT: I didnt even unlock all of the Magazine covers, WTF! How do you "beat" a game without actually getting all the stuff? I dont have covers 17-23. This sux and I cant go back and try to get them.

you need to reach cetain milestones to unlock certain things.

Is the chamelon paint the only thing besides the mags that you havent unlocked?

Thats what I'm assuming, but you know what they say about that

Go to paint and hit the black or white button, and it will come up.
