I need a little help for GTA Vice City

Ok Ok, I know that there has been a thread like this, but I checked and it didn't have ALL the info I want, so here goes:

For people who have most or all of the business places (ex: cherry poppers) what are the requirements to make money (ex: cherry poppers-50 deals) Oh, and does anyone own the Malibu Club? Why is it so expensive?

Check out the link and you should get what you want, it was made for PS2 but I use it and it helped me. Also it says 3 in the link but its for Vice City.

Malibu is the most expensive because it can earn up to $10000/day. Sunshine Autos can earn up to $9000/day but you have to complete all of the carjackings which is a bit tedious (but still fun).
