Rainbow 6 3 smokes Counter Strike. Not even fair to compare the 2.

In my opinion RS3 is way better than CS cuz the gameplay and graphics are a bit cooler. And RS3 is all I have ever wanted with the talking feature on and off line it really hit the spot for me, just to think about it costing 10$ to me makes me even happier
i like rs3 a lot better
