The plus side of EB Warranty?

Never waiting and just returning the system for a new one. Havent had my break yet but got 2 years of free replacments and no wait time. Got to love it!!

Got a memory card just incase I need to transfer data incase cd drive breaks. Could care less about my saves though. I always backup my important games like PGR.

I was always told, you never get the extended warrenty, it's just the store's way to make money.

BUT, my thinking has evolved over the years. If I am buying a big ticket item, it's insane not to fork out a few more bucks for the EW. Luckily, I will never need it, but, if I do, I would be kicking myself in the ass for not having it.

I got it for the xbox. I had to return mine. I took it in, got a new one in it place right on the spot, and was whistling all the way to my car.

And, my xbox can break every month for the next two years, and I can take it back and get a new one on the spot every single time.
I like that!
