Dolby Digital sound sync problem?

I wondered if anyone else has come across this before:
I have a Samsung dvd cinema kit attached to the xbox, and im using the Gamester Pro scart cable so i can get the 5.1 sound.

Now.. it all works, i get the sound and it works great, but... at certain time when playing games, in particular when a game maybe loads in a cut scene I am getting sound sync problems. The sound does not match the action on the screen in time... its about 1 sec behind. If i press a button on my remote, AUX (to select between AUX and DIGITAL IN) it fixes the problem until the next time it goes weird. On my decoder I can see the speakers lit up, and it says dolby digital lit as well. When the thing happens the dolby digital goes out, then comes back after its finished loading and back to the game ... this is where the sound always goes funny?

Any reason why this happens??????
Its annoying having to keep pressing the remote button.

It doesnt do it on all games i noticed. Just some.

probably just the game, i had that problem with XIII. Sound effects and such didnt match up exactly with the action on the screen. But i dunno for sure, but it never happened with any other games.
