GTA San Andrea

Does anybody know if the new GTA game will hit the Xbox after its exclusivity with the PS2 expires? cheers guys.

I'm pretty sure it will since the GTA DB was a huge hit when it came to the xbox.

The GTA exclusivity deal between Sony and Rockstar is supposed to end on Jan. 1, 2005. Then again, I'm not sure how the other two were released on Xbox, so who knows. Will it come out for the X? I'd say yes. When. I dunno.

Well the original deal ended in 04.This,I believe is a new agreement.

RockStar makes me sick.(I'll still get the game when it comes out for us though)

Well I hope we don't have to wait for over 2 years for the game. Like they did with GTA Dp.

If its another expansion type game like VC was and they don't really fix the physics and character control I don't see any reason to even buy it on Xbox or not.

Those two aspects are awful and a new town/story ain't gonna cut it when they've had so much time since GTAIII to redo/fix the engine.

I'm expecting more from this one and hope reviewers don't piss all over themselves giving it 10/10's just because of the name.


ps despite those problems I still loved the games and think they deserved 9-9.5/10. I just expect more from the engine given all the development time since GTAIII.

I couldn't agree with you more. Controls should definitely be improved. Graphics are terrible.

Best game PS2 has... came to the xbox...seriously though I think it will come out on the xbox shortly after the PS2 release.

I wouldn't have thought we would have to wait longer than 6 months after the PS2 release. I think it'll come out on PC the same time as it does on the Xbox too.

Yeah, Vice City was very glitchy and frustrating. They definently need to sort out all that.
