I don't think that you just find that one, buddy.
You know what you do? You grap a can of Primer, pop the cover, thin even coats and make it whatever you want!
The options are limitless. From Textured, to gloss to flat and even Satin.
I don't recommend a Flat paint because long sweaty sessions will break down a flat finish.
You can even speckle a finish / Multi Color.
This looks like a Low-Lustre Gun metal is all.

Thats a limited edition controller from Japan, I bought one from a local game shop that imported it for me but I dont know if you can still get them. You could give Ebay a try or check some import sites to see if they have some.
damn thats ugly i think :S maybe if it was really glossy itd be sweet

I agree. If you want a unique look to your controllers, I would suggest purchasing a few skins. Those are much more attractive.
