I was excited about it for a while, but I had it confused with City of Heroes. I'm pretty sure I remember it on the Dreamcast a while back, but it doesn't look like too much. It'd be sweet if you could customize your character.

I think you can, i went on Xbox.com and it said it released Feb 2004 ........???

Im not sure if it was ever actually released. As far as I know it was, but Sega only shipped a limitted number of copies of the game and it is now extremely hard to find.

It was orginally released on the Dreamcast in Japan.
