...Then wait until the Tokyo Game Show. They won't. They will have PLAYABLE DEMOS of Silent Hill 2: Directors Cut (confirmed name). They will also have the new Panzer Dragoon demos up and running. By then, every game will be fixed up so much it will have no control problems. Bad frame rate won't exist either. We may also hear a few suprises too...(wink, wink). Well most likely get these suprises or maybe even more THAT ARE BETTER

yeah i heard something about a new control pad for the u.s market no one liked the differance in the button size and some had problems with the lay out of the controller and as for square that would make my day square is about the only other thing the x-box needs so i will keep my hopes up at the thought of them joining the team!!!

Ive never played a FF game (unless you count FFIII for the Gameboy) Is it any good? I know square is good but I don't really care for RPGs much anymore (not counting Project Ego.)

Square is under contract to sony till early 2002 then they are open for grabs to anyone from what I heard.

I don't think sony could afford to hold square to another contract, the money that could be made for developing multiplatform is waaaaay to great and too much of a lure to square.

I personally own a ps2 and I love it but the xbox just sounds so nice, I really can't wait for it.

uhhh gamespot (i think) already confirmed that ff XI and XXI is coming to xbox and also xbox.igns rumor monkey also mentioned it, and as for a completely new control pad... don't count your luck the controller WILL have minor adjustment redesigns but nothing big. (it already has since E3), also i can't wait till tgs all the launch titles will be done and stores are sure to have demo's

Nintendo is using GBA for leverage, the will get square on board, or square will not be able to release any of their FF for GBA, which is millions down the drain.
