madden trading?

i have started a franchise, and i am wondering how I trade players. i go to the roster screen but i dont know where the trade players button is.
if anyone could help thanks!

When you go into rosters on the top there are other menus. Go right until you see trade players. Pick who you want to trade then use your l + r buttons to find the team you wanna trade with. after you select who you want hit start. It will say if they accept the trade or not. Watch that salary cap

and remember, in franchise mode, the rams arent likely to trade marshall faulk for the tool of a linebacker u drafted from rutgers, lol!!!
