Is it true about the Ltd. Edition Halo system?

How much is the Ltd. Edition Halo Xbox system worth or going for? The people I spoke to at EB were giving me insane figures. Like 800 dollars. I can't believe that... if it's true, that is pretty insane because I have one. I just need some secondary opinions because I've never seen it go for that much. They seemed to be under the impression it would go for a G* by the end of the year even tho Xbox 2 was coming out ?

Yeah, I have seen the controller go for as high as 100, tho... so that sounds strange. Maybe they were wrong. But it was two different people who said the same thing. I'm just wondering where they got their info or if this is a known thing or what

i'm sure it could probably go for a pretty good amount, since it was a limited ed and they dont sell them anymore

I highly doubt them ever reaching a grand. They arn't common, but they arnt incredibly rare either.
