If I had super soldier powers like from Xbox games, I'd at first jump off of tall buildings and enjoy the no fall damage penalty from Halo 2.
That's all I can think of at this hour. I'm a better weapons marksman in real life than in videogames.

I'd use my helicopter friends from Mercenaries and have them come drop off one of my civilian cars. That would be my first move... and while I'm at it... I might order up one of those Sniper Weapons Packages and parade around the nation...
