Power Cord Replacements - The Company?

I recently signed up for my power cord replacements... but think they may have been shipped to my previous address. UPS sent a postcard but it arrived Saturday and the packages have already been sent back to the company, Material Logic. I'm not sure if these packages contained Power Cords or not... but if anyone has any knowledge on which company makes the cords, it would be appreciated.
