Silent Hill help needed

I am in the Apartment building and opened the grandfather clock with the key. I tried setting the time to 3:15 and several others, but to no avail.

What time should I adjust the hands in order to push the clock successfully?

I am stuck, please help. :-)

in the room with the clock on the other wall there should be some marks on the wall with 3 names: Henry: hours, Mildred: Minutes and Scott: Seconds just follow the markings

Hey dude, set the hands to 9:10. Its the same no matter what level you set the puzzle difficulty at.
