I need help

I can't get online to play halo. i have everything hooked up right and have gamespy downloaded. but when i try to install the gamespy tunnel it freezes at 100% and doesn't do anything. when i click on the program it says i'm missing a DLL file called packet.dll.

i would appreciate any help.

This is what happens to me that’s way I am not online yet. I would like to know what is happening I am so confused

i fixed it. when it stops at 100% restart your machine. and it will update the windows files and then everything works.
