my xbox is realy crapin out it wont load any games except halo 2 and it rarely loads that it always says (your xbox cannot recognize the disc please make sure it is an xbox, dvd, or cd rom) can anybody help me with this problem?

Try a CD Lens Cleaner, or a CD resurfacer on your games - a friend of mine found an Xbox in his dumpster at his apartment complex and brought it back to hook it up, had the same problem, so a few days later, I brought my CD Lens Cleaner over, stuck it in, and sure enough it loaded like a champ.

I would cry too, Xbox is my baby lol. Try the cd cleaner like Fanobills said. Those cans of air come in handy too. They help blow the dust off things.
