not a rumor, its legit. Street Fighter 4 will hit us shelves in feb. of 2009. There will be a faceplate offererd, but no details have been mentioned yet as to if it will be a pre-order. so far talks have leaned more towards the faceplate to come packaged with a special edition version of SF4. No details as to the design of the plate as well. I'm sure we all have our fav's as to who we would want to see on it.

ya all of those are store bought over here in the US you could get them awhile back for around 20 bucks for some of them but others were only in specific game stores. Nice finds though

I struggle with that definition too. There are a lot of plates listed in the database as common, but you never see them on ebay and very few (if any) collectors have them. See the asian import plates for prime examples.
My definition of rare is that you can't buy them in stores or online, and you rarely if ever see them on ebay.
