Blade of Darkness Sequel Status?

I asked this a couple of months ago, and I've tried writing some publishers (no luck). Has anyone heard about a release date for Ultimate Blade of Darkness? It was announced as an XBox exclusive back in late 2001 (http://www.xboxweb.com/news/1201/009.html), but there hasn't been any new news since, and I can't find anything on Google for it.

Any ideas from my fellow addicts? This game sounds like it could compete (if done right) with Morrowind.
