If you live in Canada the transfer kit is free When I bought my 2nd 360. The Modern Warfare 2 Console. I had to transfer from my 120 gig to my 250 gig HDD. I called MS and they said because I live in Canada its free.

They are releasing the 250's. Gamestop has them listed on their site.
