How many teams can you pick in the season mode? I know you can only pick one team in the franchise mode but what about the season mode?

how do u hit the ball? its like impossible for me to hit it far. and even hitting the ball is pretty tough.

I have a tough time with the modes. If I have it on rookie mode, my guys smack the ball over the place and most of my lineup has .400+ BAs. If I put it on veteran, my guys all hit like pitchers.
