No it doesn't. If they're the same price, and you need them both, ALWAYS get the rarest one. You have to look at what are the chances of getting the other one in the future, and the chances are better that the least-rare plate will show up again.

Let's say you had a Swedish Launch and an Urban. One is 1/100 and one is 1/200. They're the same price. Which one would you get? The 1/100, obviously.
