Oh, and at the Chinese link... how do you go about getting single plates from them? One site says they'll ship as few as one piece. Others won't ship less than 5,000.
I REALLY want the Stockholm E3, Madden XX and the "tree" plates.

Right, but that's just the one company. Sometimes one company will have multiple "names" that they do business under. Other times, multiple companies might have the same inventory. The minimum order quantity are all over the place, even for different plates from the same companies.
I think everyone is on hold because of the Chinese New Year, so I expect to get some replies in the next couple of days. Nothing yet. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to buy 100 plates and then just sell them to people for what they cost. I'd end up with 80 unsold plates that I'd have to try to unload on eBay to get my money back. It's crossed my mind, but I'm not entirely ready to be an importer, lol.
Now MAYBE.... if they cost me $5 each and I sold them for $10 each (and you guys knew that and were cool with it and remember, it costs another $5 for shipping on top of THAT), then it might maker sense to buy a whole carton of them.

I have one of these. I paid about as much. The cool thing is the controllers. They are the same transparent green, but in the original large size. This is the only way you can get them.
Does anyone know of any new per-order faceplates coming up or just released?
I haven't heard about any preorder or free with purchase plates except for the Japanese releases (Star Ocean being the most recent).

Anyway, count me in for the Chinese wholesale. It shouldn't cost that much. A friend of my bought 300 printed covers (almost similar to Faceplates) for Nokia phones which he sold in his shop. He paid only $1,65 for each cover. Plastic stuff from China is most of the times quite cheap anyway, but I'm curious what they will charge for Faceplates.
