WTB X05 Amsterdam Faceplate

I'm looking to get my hands on a X05 Amsterdam Faceplate any help in finding one would be appreciated also what would you value a Microsoft Give 2008 plate at?

I've got "Give" listed on my spreadsheet as $50 and "Amsterdam" at $100, but Amsterdam is probably $80 loose and $100 in the package. I have one that I would part with, but it's loose.
