I made stencils for making those plates. Mine were wither orange on black or black on orange, or metallic black on black with light blue details. I never made this one.

The graphics are the same size as the ones I made. I've given/sold extra stickers to a handful of people as I went to the printed plates. This is probably someone who got one of the stencils and painted the plate themselves.

I can damn sure tell you it's not worth $99. $9.99, maybe.

nice color concept... i hope he wasn't duped into spending a lot for it as it seems he/she is a big DS fan
