Sega new sport titles
Well it looks like Sega has some more sports games up their bums. At the Sega Sports Summit in New York City, Sega announced they will release NFL 2K2 for the Xbox in December of this year and will ship NBA 2K2 for the Xbox in January 2002. Both of these games will not have any form of online support. They also said that College Basketball 2K2 will hit all next-gen consoles in the near furture. Sega of Americas president Peter Moore was on hand to give a comment:
"The launch of multiple Sega Sports titles across all four platforms is a testament to Segas immersive content and winning gameplay. Weve seen overwhelming support for our evolution from a hardware maker to a third-party publisher, and this acceptance by all platforms puts us clearly on the path to becoming the leading publisher in the industry. We are committed to making that goal a reality."
