World of Tanks Update 3.5 Introduces New Physics to Console
Wargaming has announced that Update 3.5: War of Nations is now live for World of Tanks on Xbox One and Xbox 360 bringing a host of new content and features to the game. War of Nations introduces new vehicle physics to the game and adds HD reworked maps, Chinese New Year emblems and more. Alongside the content update, the final World of Tanks: Roll Out! Comic is now available in comic book stores across North America, Australia, Western Europe and Eastern Europe and can be purchased directly online at Dark Horse Digital.
The addition of new physics to World of Tanks completely alters the way tanks traverse the battlefield – allowing vehicles to slide, flip and perform tricky maneuvers in combat. The control setup has been modified to include a handbrake which will allow tankers to execute sharp turns, and quick brakes, offering more control of movement and transforming how tanks will react to different terrain.
Players can test out the new tank physics on two HD reworked maps Mines and Siegfried Line War, intensifying tank battles with stunning new visuals. Chinese New Year emblems are also now available, ushering in the Year of the Rooster. Each of the animals represented in the twelve-year Chinese Zodiac cycle will be represented with unique emblems along with special Chinese symbols for the arrival of Spring, Wealth and Good Fortune.
In addition to Update 3.5, Wargaming’s tale of hard-hitting tank battles concludes in issue #5 of the World of Tanks: Roll Out! Comic – “We are but Warriors for the Working Day.” As the dust from battle settles on a small destroyed village, each squadron must decide their fate as the German and British soldiers meet up and face off in their final conflict.
