Here's What Kemco Has In Store For Us

Bigben Interactive UK, one of Europe's largest independent distributors of interactive entertainment and the Japanese publisher, Kemco are set to strengthen their relationship for another successful year with the announcement of Kemco's strongest software release schedule yet, encompassing a broad range of titles across all major platforms. First up on May 3rd is 'Universal Studios: Theme Park Adventure,' which forms part of the Nintendo Gamecube launch line up. The highly anticipated 'Batman: Dark Tomorrow' is set be another major release destined for Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube. To follow will be the puzzler, 'Eggo Mania', again a highly anticipated multi format title for GBA, Gamecube and PS2. 'Universal Studios: Theme Park Adventure' takes the player on a virtual vacation to one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world. Gamers will be able to enjoy silver screen action as the game features a host of rides based on classic movies such as 'Back to the Future', 'Jurassic Park', 'Back Draft', 'ET Adventure' and 'Jaws'. Universal Studios was awarded 'Console Game of the Show' at ECTS last year. 'Eggo Mania' is a challenging and highly compulsive head to head cartoon puzzle, by developers Hotgen. An extensive PR and Marketing campaign is being undertaken by Bigben Interactive to support the game's launch on GBA, Gamecube and PS2 and is scheduled for release on 6th September 2002. 'Batman: Dark Tomorrow', is based on an original story by DC Comics and the scriptwriter, Kenji Terada. Kemco brings the extensive comic book universe of The Dark Knight Detective to the next generation of video game platforms. 'Batman: Dark Tomorrow' boasts tremendous graphics, breathtaking cut scene sequences and is scheduled for release in November 2002. A strong line up of releases for Gameboy Advance is also planned for the Autumn and will feature the action adventure game, 'Crazy Chase,' the popular classic, 'Boulder Dash EX' and treasure hunt platform game, 'Woody Woodpecker Crazy Castle.' Angela Vazquez-Rivera, Head of Exclusive Software at Bigben Interactive UK, commented, "2001 proved to be another very successful year, further cementing Bigben's strong relationship with Kemco. In 2002 we are presenting a formidable lineup of titles. All next-gen formats are supported and we are particularly excited to be starting off with Universal Studios, a launch title for Gamecube and following on later in the year with the multi format releases: Eggo Mania (GBGA/PS2/GC) and Batman: Dark Tomorrow (GC/Xbox/PS2)."
