Acclaim stock could be delisted from Nasdaq
GLEN COVE, N.Y. (Reuters) - Video game publisher Acclaim Entertainment Inc. (NasdaqSC:AKLM - News) on Friday said it had received a letter from the Nasdaq indicating its stock is in danger of being delisted. Glen Cove, New York-based Acclaim said it was notified that because its stock has closed below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days, it does not meet minimum bid requirements. The company said it was given until July 23 to regain compliance with the requirements, and that if it can not comply it could be subject to delisting from the exchange. Acclaim also said it could appeal any such ruling. Shares in Acclaim closed down 2 cents at 54 cents. Their 52-week high is $5.90 and their 52-week low is 53 cents.Source: http://www.reuters.com/
