Bill Speaks More About Xbox Next
In an interview with French financial newspaper, Les Echos, Bill Gates talked a bit about some features that gamers could be expecting in the next-generation Xbox (Xbox Next? X2?). Features, that according to Gates, will take the current model of a console and mesh it into "a much more broadly-focused multimedia device". Next-gen features could include "digital media capabilities such as video and photo editing" and "Internet capabilities without the need for direct connections through Wi-Fi," Bill says. Some of these features could make its way into the current Xbox as sources tell us that Microsoft is considering major upgrades to the Xbox Dashboard in the near future, including a possible integration of Internet Explorer and Windows Media into the console.Source: http://www.theregister.co.uk/
