Activision hires Lee as consultant
Activision, which has already published games based on Marvel properties like "Spider-Man" and "X-Men," said Lee, who helped create those characters and others, will consult on game design and story and character development. Activision’s "Spider-Man" game was one of 2002’s top titles, though it has not seen as much success from its "X-Men" games. Movies based on Marvel properties, however, like last year’s "Spider-Man" film and this year’s "X-Men" sequel, have been box-office successes.
