Synaptic Soup diary
Rik Heywood from Synaptic Soup, developers for the upcoming Crazy Car Championship posted up installment #2 of his online diary over at Voodooextreme. The entry focuses on their bug tracking system along with some snazzy updates to the Cipher engine, the same engine that powers CCC. There are also five new screenshots to spooge over while youre there as well. Click here to check it out, and as always.. a bit of snippage.
Because both Cipher and Crazy Car Championship are almost permanently of near release quality, we are able to react to requests from licensees and other unexpected events far more quickly. Recently one of the graphics card companies approached us and asked us to make a demo for them. They have a new card coming out soon and wanted some cool rolling demos to show it off. Even though CCC is only a couple of months into development we were able to get a stable and extremely polished demo together in the short time we had. I mailed the final version of the demo to them today, so you might start seeing screenshots from that when they go public.
